Takoyaki

Takoyaki is japanese food made of wheat flour dough shaped like a small ball sized 3-5 cm and filled with small pieces of octopus inside so takoyaki called "Octopus Balls". To cook takoyaki can use takoyakiki (takoyaki pan), which is a kind of pan with hollow spheres. Takoyaki usually served with okonomiyaki sauce for topping, katsuobushi, tenkasu, konbu.
Takoyaki eaten with toothpicks, but in Tokyo eaten using chopsticks. Seller takoyaki always give 2 sticks toothpicks for one person, because the takoyaki are pierced with a toothpick can spin when lifted and fell before entering the mouth.
